1. Acceptance

By submitting a payment application on tradinguniversity.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase.

2. Services

Trading University provides trading education and coaching services. Coaching is delivered through third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet. We do not provide investment advice or guarantee trading profits.

3. Payments

All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF). Payments are processed via PawaPay (MTN MoMo / Airtel Money) or VirtualPay. Payment must be completed in full before coaching commences. All sales are final — no refunds are issued once coaching has begun.

4. Refund Policy

If a payment is confirmed but coaching has not yet started, a refund request may be submitted within 48 hours by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once coaching sessions have commenced, no refunds will be issued.

5. Contact Schedule

After payment confirmation, a coach will contact you on the WhatsApp number you provided within 24 working hours to schedule your first session.

6. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Trading involves risk — education does not guarantee profits. You must be 18 years or older to purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and methodologies shared are the property of Trading University. You may not record, redistribute, or resell any content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading University provides education only — not regulated financial advice.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

1. Data We Collect

We collect: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, payment phone number, mobile network, and the package you purchased. We also record payment transaction references for reconciliation.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your contact details are used exclusively to: (a) process your payment, (b) contact you for coaching, and (c) send payment confirmation notifications. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Sharing

We share your phone number with PawaPay or VirtualPay solely to initiate your mobile money payment. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain payment records for 7 years for accounting compliance. Contact information is retained for the duration of your coaching relationship and deleted upon written request thereafter.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@tradinguniversity.space. Deletion requests for payment records may be subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We store your data in a secured database. Payment credentials (PINs, full account numbers) are never stored by us — only transaction references.
